South Side
Makena BeachWhite sands here extend nearly 2/3 of a mile long, it is one of the largest beaches in Maui. Nestled between two black-lava outcroppings, it also provides great views of the islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe. The area is divided into two beaches known as Big Beach and Little Beach. Little Beach is frequently used as a nude beach for guests wanted risqué photography.

Polo BeachLocated in front of the Fairmont Kea Lani, this beach offers sandy shores scattered with beautiful lava rock formations. This is a great drone location for taking walks along the sandy shore. There is also a couple of grass sections at this beach for more variety of pictures. Amenities are available at this location, including showers and bathrooms.

Secrets BeachCrossing a rocky peninsula, you reach secret beach. This has an abundance of photography opportunities, include greenery, lava rocks and sandy shores. A great place to have a variety of photographs. There is a large rock wall which makes a beautiful backdrop to amazing shots. This beach is also a nude beach for clients wanting the option of risqué images.

Secret CoveAnother secret beach, hidden away by a short outcropping in a stone wall. This beautiful beach is Maui's favorite wedding beach and for good reason. Lots of marriages happen on this picturesque beach. It is very quant but offers plenty of photographic opportunities. Keep in mind is one of the most popular beaches, which means limited space and crowds.

Kamaole Beach ParkThe beach is simply beautiful, it has rocky areas along several parts of the beach. Waves crash onto the rocks, sending splashes into the air and making for a great backdrop. The beach area may be smaller than the other beaches, the grassy area is significantly larger and makes the perfect spot for greener photo sessions. A great mix of trees, sand and rocks at this beach.

Kealia PondsWatch the sunrise atop of Mount Haleakala without worrying about transportation. Beautiful sunrise location with reflective pools that reflect the beautiful mountain range behind. Kealia is a marine estuary, where salt and fresh water meet. There is a large amount of beautiful birds located here. This is an amazing location for drone photography. There is a raised one mile walkway that also makes for excellent photo sessions.

West Side
Olowalu BeachOn the road to Lahaina, you will pass this picturesque beach. Shallow turquoise waters are hard to miss as you pass the windiest part of the road to Lahaina. Beautiful trees work their way into the ocean here, making for beautiful imagery and photography. No amenities available here.

Launiupoko BeachJust south of Lahaina, this local favorite offers a unique natural pool surrounded by a lava rock wall excellent for small children. The rock wall makes for an ideal location for drone footage at this amazing beach. Grassy area with various trees adds to the uniqueness of this beach. Amenities available.

Kapalua BeachIn 1991, Kapalua Bay won the title of America’s Best Beach. With picturesque views, palm trees, golden sand, this is the kind of beach that comes to mind when you think of Hawaii. A beautiful green walk path with tall cliff faces right on rocky ocean shores. This a great location for sunset and drone photography.

Pohaku ParkIf you're looking for the picturesque turquoise water with swaying palms, then this is your beach. One of the unique beaches on the island with bright blue water. A smaller but beautiful beach, with large lava rocks, sandy shores and a variety of trees surrounding the beach.

Napili BeachNapili Bay earns its spot as one of Maui’s most visited beaches for good reason. White sloping sand, turquoise water, and excellent swimming are just a few reasons to make this beach a must-see on your next visit to West Maui. This beach offers great views of Molokai island.

Oneloa BeachOneloa or Ironwoods beach is a quiet stretch of shoreline located in the northern portion of West Maui between Kapalua and Napili. This beach is nice, quiet and uncrowded. The beach is surrounded by private property so it is near several private residences. This is a quiet, romantic beach. There is a great view of Molokai and it is bordered on the north by 20 foot lava cliffs.

Central Maui
Iao ValleyTowering emerald peaks guard the lush valley floor of Iao Valley State Park. Located just west of Wailuku, this peaceful 4,000-acre park is home to one of Maui's most recognizable landmarks, the 1,200-foot Iao Needle. This iconic green-mantled rock outcropping overlooks Iao stream and is an ideal attraction for tropical forest photography. No drones permitted here.

Ho'okipa BeachHo’okipa is popular for windsurfing, wind isn't ideal for drone shoots. Ho’okipa also provides sightseers a stunning backdrop, there are small areas of sandy-bottom ocean, and there are also often small tidepools running the length of the middle of the beach. Typically as sunset approaches, many turtles will begin to beach themselves for a sunset rest.
